BSTU (Belarusian State Technological University) is Belarus's leading university for chemical, technological, and environmental engineering programmes. Transferring to BSTU is similar in complexity and cost to BNTU, with a 3–4 week processing time and typically 2 exit visas.

Staying at the same university means a longer 1-month exit visa and a simpler process — usually no hostel change and fewer administrative fees.
