Why an Agency Is Required
In most cases, Belarusian universities cannot directly accept foreign students without an official intermediary agency that holds a formal agreement with the university. The agency acts as a legal representative responsible for the student throughout their stay — handling documentation, liaising with the university administration, and providing ongoing support. This requirement exists under Belarusian migration and education law and applies to virtually all international applicants.
INB works with a network of licensed agencies that have active agreements with all major Belarusian universities. When you apply through the inBelarus Go platform, you are matched with an appropriate agency for your chosen university and programme.

Full Application Assistance

Document Translation & Notarisation
All foreign academic documents must be officially translated into Russian and notarised by a certified local bureau before the university can accept them. Partner agencies arrange this locally on your behalf, saving you significant time and effort.
