Please read these Terms carefully before using inBelarus services.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites in-belarus.com and go.in-belarus.com (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by inBelarus (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Platform.
Scope of Services
The Company provides informational, organizational, and technical support related to:
- University application facilitation
- Document submission and communication with universities
- Migration, visa, and accommodation guidance
- Payment facilitation through third-party providers
The Company is not an educational institution, migration authority, or employer and does not make admission, visa, employment, or residency decisions.
No Guarantees or Warranties
The Company provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee:
- University admission or enrollment
- Visa approval or migration status
- Employment or income opportunities
- Timelines, decisions, or outcomes of third parties
User Responsibilities
The User confirms and agrees that:
- All provided information and documents are accurate and lawful
- The User bears full responsibility for submitted data
- The User independently covers all costs related to study, travel, living, and insurance
- The User complies with the laws of Belarus and their home country
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of income, data, opportunities, or reputation
- Decisions or actions taken by universities, embassies, or authorities
- Delays, refusals, or changes beyond the Company’s control
The total liability of the Company, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User to the Company for the relevant service.
Indemnification
The User agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from:
- Violation of these Terms
- Submission of false or unlawful information
- Violation of laws or third-party rights
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Belarus, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
