This Refund Policy applies to all payments made on the InBelarus Platform. By making a payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Policy, the Terms and Conditions, and the Public Agreement.
Nature of Services
The Platform provides digital services, including application processing, administrative coordination, consulting, and access to online tools. Most services are initiated immediately after payment.
Non-Refundable Payments
Payments are non-refundable once the service has been initiated, including but not limited to platform access fees, commitment fees, application processing fees, and consulting services.
By completing payment, you expressly consent to the immediate start of services and acknowledge that this limits your right to a refund under applicable law.
Refundable Payments
A refund may be granted only if the service has not yet been initiated and no administrative or technical actions have been performed. Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not issued due to a change of mind, failure to provide documents, third-party decisions, or circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
Refund Procedure
Refund requests must be submitted via official support channels and include payment confirmation and relevant details. The Company reserves the right to request additional information.
Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment card. The processing time may take from 1 to 30 calendar days.
Chargebacks
Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of access to the Platform and submission of service evidence to payment providers.
Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus.
