Personal Information Processing Agreement
This Personal Information Processing Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the collection, storage, use, transfer, and other processing of personal data provided by the User when using the websites in-belarus.com and go.in-belarus.com(the “Platform”).
By registering on the Platform, submitting an application, or making a payment, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and expressly consented to the processing of their personal data in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
1. Categories of Personal Data
The User agrees to provide, and the Company is entitled to process, including but not limited to, the following categories of personal data:
- Full name (including previous names, if applicable)
- Date and place of birth
- Citizenship and nationality
- Passport and identity document details (number, series, issuing authority, issue and expiry dates, copies and scans)
- Residential and mailing address
- Contact details (email address, phone number, messengers)
- Photographs and document scans uploaded by the User
- Education history (schools, colleges, universities, diplomas, certificates, transcripts)
- Information about previous and current studies
- Language proficiency information
- Family and guardian information (where required for admission, visa, or migration purposes)
- Visa and migration-related information
- Application data submitted through the Platform
- Payment-related information (excluding full card details)
- Correspondence and communications with the Platform
- Any other information voluntarily provided by the User in connection with the use of the Platform
2. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Providing access to the Platform and its application tools
- Creation, submission, and management of applications
- Providing informational support and guidance
- Communication with educational institutions
- Organization of admission, enrollment, and related services
- Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Processing payments and issuing confirmations
- Improving and developing Platform services
3. Storage and Processing of Data
Personal data is stored and processed using secure technical and organizational measures designed to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
Personal data may be processed both automatically and manually and stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes specified in this Agreement or as required by applicable law.
4. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties
The User expressly agrees that their personal data, including application information, may be transferred to:
- Universities and educational institutions selected by the User
- Authorized partners involved in admission, education, migration, accommodation, or student support services
- State authorities where required by law
Such transfer is carried out strictly for the purposes of processing the User’s application and providing related services.
5. Payment Data and bePaid
Payments on the Platform are processed through the electronic payment system bePaid, operated by LLC “IkomCharge”(UNP 191670289), located at: Republic of Belarus, Minsk, Dzerzhinsky Avenue 104, office 1801.
For the purpose of processing payments, the Company поручает (delegates) the processing of personal data to LLC “IkomCharge” as an authorized data processor.
Depending on the payment method, the following personal data may be processed by bePaid:
- Cardholder name
- Bank card number
- CVC/CVV code
- Email address
- Order or transaction identifier
Payment data is processed solely for ensuring the technical possibility of payment execution. The Company does not store or have access to full bank card details. Payment data may be stored by the payment processor for up to 5 years in accordance with legal requirements.
6. User Rights
The User has the right to request information about the processing of their personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, and withdraw consent where permitted by law.
Withdrawal of consent may result in the невозможность (impossibility) of further use of the Platform or provision of services.
7. Final Provisions
By continuing to use the Platform, the User confirms their explicit and informed consent to the processing, storage, and transfer of personal data as described in this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
